Website inquiries

Submitting the public request form does not create a client relationship, reserve a production date, or authorize a charge. A project begins only after OneTap Creative and the client approve a written scope or client agreement and the required payment is received.

OneTap Start — $99/month

OneTap Start is designed for local service businesses that primarily need a professional managed website. The standard scope generally includes one custom mobile-first page with up to approximately 8–10 sections, one primary booking/contact/call/text/quote action, standard domain registration or connection while active, hosting, SSL, basic backups, SEO essentials, two organized prelaunch revision rounds, up to 15 minutes of reasonable monthly website updates, maintenance, and founder-led technical support.

OneTap Grow — $149/month

OneTap Grow includes the Start website scope plus Google Business Profile setup or optimization assistance, an advanced SEO foundation, local keyword mapping, structured data when appropriate, Google Search Console setup, indexing review, stronger local-search alignment, basic ongoing search-health checks, and up to 30 minutes of reasonable monthly website updates.

SEO and Google services

Start may include search-friendly headings and structure, title and description optimization, mobile/performance fundamentals, sitemap setup, and indexing preparation. Grow expands the search scope with local keyword mapping, technical/on-page SEO, structured data when appropriate, Search Console, Google Business Profile assistance, and local business information alignment. Neither plan includes guaranteed rankings, recurring blog production, backlink campaigns, paid advertising, ecommerce SEO, multi-location SEO campaigns, or unlimited SEO consulting unless included in a separate written scope.

Subscription, minimum term, and cancellation

Both plans have an initial three-month minimum commitment. Start is $99 per month, totaling $297 for the first three months. Grow is $149 per month, totaling $447 for the first three months. The first monthly payment is collected before onboarding begins and starts the three-month commitment for the selected plan, even if launch is delayed by missing content, access, feedback, approval, or third-party verification. After the minimum term, service continues month-to-month. Cancellation after the minimum requires at least 30 days’ written notice unless the signed client agreement states otherwise.

Domain, hosting, and website management

The business domain should be registered to the client whenever practical, while OneTap Creative receives the access needed to manage DNS and website connections. Standard domain registration or renewal may be included while the subscription remains active, subject to normal registration cost, availability, and the signed scope. OneTap Creative manages the website files, hosting, SSL, backups, and technical system during active service.

Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile assistance is included with Grow unless the signed scope states otherwise. Assistance may include accurate business information, categories, services, hours, photos, service areas, website connection, and verification guidance. The client remains the business owner and should remain Primary Owner of the profile; OneTap may work through Manager access. Google controls verification, approval, suspension, indexing, Maps placement, and search rankings.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, lawful content, authorized images, required account access, timely feedback, and approvals. Delays in content, access, verification, payment, or approval may affect the launch schedule.

Revisions, monthly updates, and additional work

Both standard builds include two organized revision rounds before launch. Start includes up to 15 minutes of reasonable website updates per month; Grow includes up to 30 minutes. Examples include replacing a few photos, editing existing text, changing hours, services, pricing, contact details, or promotions within the approved layout. Unused update time does not roll over. Major redesigns, additional pages, ecommerce, custom software, recurring content creation, new brand development, advanced integrations, or campaign-level SEO require a separate written scope.

Response and timeline expectations

OneTap aims to respond to new project requests within one business day and provide a first website review within approximately 7–10 business days after all required content and access are received. These are targets, not guarantees.

Billing, failed payments, and suspension

Monthly payments are intended to process automatically on the agreed billing date. A failed payment may receive a seven-day grace period. OneTap Creative may suspend the website, hosting, support, or related services after 14 days of nonpayment following reasonable written notice. Service may resume after outstanding balances are paid.

Price protection

The agreed monthly price is intended to remain unchanged for the client’s first 12 months of continuous service. After that period, OneTap Creative may adjust future pricing with advance written notice, subject to the signed client agreement.

No guaranteed results

OneTap Creative does not guarantee a specific number of visitors, leads, sales, bookings, quote requests, profile views, or search rankings.

Controlling agreement

This page is a general public summary. The signed Square Contract/client service agreement and written scope control the actual selected plan, project, payment, ownership, transfer, cancellation, and service terms.
